Registry Gloucester

Developers are being sought to convert well known Gloucester nightspot The Registry and Elevation for residential use.

City commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles have been called in to sell the building which occupies a prominent position on Bruton Way.

Constructed in 2003 the Registry is a large club offering some 13,347 sq ft  on two floors.

The property is next door to the Famous Pint Pot pub which is also offered for sale by separate negotiation.

Offers are invited in excess of £750,000. The vendor will consider offers made on a ‘subject to planning’ basis.

Robert Anthony said: “This is a purpose built and uniquely designed building which lends itself well to potential conversion schemes.

“It’s a large prominent building, probably too big for its current use. It would be suitable for a range of new uses such as residential apartments or student accommodation and the large open floor plates which would be fairly straightforward to convert.

“Conversations with Gloucester City Council suggest residential conversion would be supported although any such plan would require planning consent.”

The Registry is in a prominent position and is close to GL1 Leisure and Asda Supermarket.

CAD floorplans are available to explore current conversion opportunities.
