Gloucester City have announced they have renewed the loan deal of Joshua Cooke from Swindon Town for an extra month.

Cooke, 18, has impressed with his performances for the Tigers since arriving on loan last month and has scored three goals in that time, including the last minute equaliser away to Tamworth on Saturday.

We are also hoping to conclude a deal to bring Cheltenham Town forward Harry Williams in on a month’s loan deal.

Williams, 19, was with the Tigers on loan towards the end of last season and scored three times in seven appearances with the highlight being the winning goal away to Worcester City that kept the Tigers in the Conference North.

Tim Harris commented: “We are aware of what Harry can bring to the table and he did a great job when he was with us last season.

“He knows everybody in the squad and we would be delighted to have him on board to bolster our attacking options, so it is something we are looking into.”
