The Euro Pong Event Zone

To celebrate Euro 2016 and Father’s Day, on Saturday, 4 June, the Eastgate Shopping Centre, Gloucester is inviting Dads, Lads … and Daughters to compete against each other in the Euro Pong Father’s Day Challenge.

Between 12 noon and 3.00pm, families can take part in Euro Pong – based on the pub game Beer Pong – but without the alcohol!

“We will be creating a special play zone for this event complete with Pong Table, Net, Stadium Backdrop; Euro Pong Mugs; Balls, a Leader Board and even grass,” says Jason Robinson, Manager of the Eastgate Shopping Centre.  “We anticipate that local families will be keen to pitch their ball bouncing skills against each other to see who has the best aim!”

“To whet the appetite of our shoppers, we have also opened the Challenge to our retailers and have suggested that they might want to take part in an ‘in house’ competition between 11.00am and 12 noon on that day.  We can’t wait to see if they are brave enough!”

Euro Pong is free to enter and there will be prizes for everyone taking part.
